The inception of Med School Insiders traces back to Dr. Kevin Jubbal’s desire to demystify the path to medicine. He started out tutoring and mentoring students who went on to achieve outstanding results. Building on this success, he leveraged his personal achievements—a 100th percentile MCAT score, scholarship offers at multiple prestigious medical schools, and a match into plastic surgery, the #1 most competitive specialty—to create the influential Med School Insiders YouTube channel. Through this platform, he distilled the lessons learned from his own success and mentoring experience into valuable content that couldn’t be found anywhere else.
The channel quickly grew, and it wasn’t long before Dr. Jubbal’s insights spawned a community of aspirants, from premed students grappling with the many obstacles of preparing their medical school applications to international graduates aiming for U.S. residencies.
