What We’re Looking For:

For College Advisors

  • Graduates or current students at top universities (Ivy League, UC system, Stanford, etc.) with strong academic and extracurricular track records.
  • Proven success mentoring or advising high school or college students, especially in college admissions or premedical preparation.
  • Deep understanding of the college admissions process, including essay strategy, extracurricular positioning, and interview preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for mentorship and helping students identify and achieve their goals.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional demeanor with strong time management.
  • Bonus: Prior experience as an admissions reader, interviewer, or peer advisor.

For Medical Students, Residents, and Physicians

  • Top-performing medical students, residents, and attendings passionate about mentoring the next generation of doctors.
  • Team players who are enthusiastic about learning, sharing, and improving their craft.
  • Significant prior experience in advising and/or tutoring (academic coaching, admissions consulting, or standardized test prep).
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented personalities fit best.
  • Exam Score Requirements:
    •  MCAT: 98th percentile or greater (520+)
    • USMLE Step 1 or Step 2 CK: 260+
    • COMLEX: 650+
