Med School Insiders offers services and courses to serve future physicians, from bolstering applications and interview skills to elevating test taking skills and boosting MCAT and USMLE scores.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Remote Social Media Specialist to lead our short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll work closely with our team and use analytics to optimize strategy and audience engagement.

This is a high-autonomy, full-time role with room to make a big impact across three rapidly growing brands:

Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and optimize short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Turn long-form videos into high-performing clips with strong hooks
• Use platform analytics to drive decisions and maximize reach
• Design and schedule image-based content using Canva + Later
• Coordinate with designers on brand and ad creatives
• Ensure posts are polished and on-brand (quality, visuals, grammar)
• Track trends, platform updates, and content performance
• Engage with our online community in a professional, brand-aligned way

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years managing TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Strong skills in content planning, editing, and platform trends
• Data-savvy: knows how to use analytics to test and improve content
• Excellent writing, communication, and visual judgment
• Tools: Canva, Later, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.
• Bonus: Interest in education, medicine, or personal development
